Shuttle Departs
Complimentary shuttle departs from The Vintner Hotel for guests staying with us.
Ceremony
Please be seated by 3:45 PM. We are having an unplugged ceremony — please silence your phones and soak in the moment with us.
Cocktail Hour
Champagne, craft cocktails, and passed hors d'oeuvres while our wedding party takes photos in the garden.
Dinner & Dancing
A buffet dinner followed by toasts, first dances, and an open dance floor until late.
Cake Cutting
A moment of sweetness before the dance floor reopens.
Last Call & Farewell
Final shuttle departs at 11:15 PM. Rideshares available for night owls.
Unplugged Ceremony
We are asking guests to silence phones and enjoy the ceremony fully present. Our photographer will capture every moment.
Shuttle Service
Complimentary shuttle from Hyatt Place Camarillo at 3:30 PM. Return trips at 11:15 PM and midnight. Meet in the hotel lobby.
Dress Code
Black tie optional. The ceremony and cocktail hour are outdoors — block heels or flats recommended for the garden paths.
