This website is a private wedding website operated by Amanda & Joanna (“we,” “us”) to coordinate their wedding on March 20, 2027. It is used only to communicate with guests who have been personally invited. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

• Name and RSVP responses (attendance, meal preferences, notes)
• Contact information (email address and/or phone number) provided by you or on your behalf when you are added to our guest list

• Plan and manage wedding logistics (seating, catering, venue headcounts)
• Send you invitations and RSVP reminders by email and/or text message
• Respond to questions you send us

Text Messaging

If you provide a mobile phone number, we may send you SMS text messages related to your wedding invitation and RSVP (invitations and reminders). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

We Do Not Share Your Information

We do not share, sell, rent, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number, messaging opt-in consent, email address, or any other personal information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your information is used only by Amanda & Joanna and our wedding coordinator for the purposes described above, and with service providers (such as our email and text messaging providers) strictly to deliver those communications on our behalf.

Data Retention

We retain guest information only for as long as needed to plan and host the wedding, and delete it afterward except where we choose to keep it as a personal keepsake of who celebrated with us.
