Black tie optional. We'd love to see you dressed to celebrate — floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses for women, tuxedos or dark suits for men. Please avoid all-white and ivory.

Yes! A complimentary shuttle runs from Hyatt Place Camarillo to the ranch at 3:30 PM, and returns at 11:15 PM and midnight. Simply meet in the hotel lobby. We recommend booking in our room block to take advantage of the shuttle.

Free parking is available on the ranch property. Please note that if you plan to drink, we strongly encourage using the shuttle or arranging a rideshare.

While we adore your little ones, our celebration is intended to be an adults-only evening. We hope this gives you a wonderful excuse for a night out! Please let us know if this creates a challenge and we'll do our best to accommodate.

If your invitation includes a plus one, absolutely — please note their name in your RSVP. Because we're doing per-plate catering, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your invitation. We appreciate your understanding.

We're doing a full buffet — plenty of delicious options for everyone. No meal selection needed when you RSVP. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, please let us know in your RSVP and we'll make sure you're taken care of.

The ceremony and cocktail hour take place outdoors on the ranch grounds. The reception moves indoors. March evenings in Camarillo can be cool — we recommend bringing a wrap or light layer for the outdoor portions.

Please RSVP by January 15, 2027. After that date we may not be able to accommodate your meal preference, so we'd love to hear from you as soon as possible.

We don't have a traditional registry — no boxed gifts, please! Your presence is genuinely all we want. If you'd like to give a monetary gift, there is an optional way to do so on our Registry page, but please don't feel any obligation.
